The front end of the latest BMW 2 Series Coupe features a kidney grille surround now finished in pearl gloss chrome. The operations for the automatic climate control, and if available, the heated seats and steering wheel, can now be controlled via touch on the Control Display or by using voice commands. This integration coincides with a reduction in physical buttons and knobs within the cockpit, leading to a redesigned dashboard. Additionally, new adjustment dials have been added to the air vents located in the center of the dashboard and on both the driver's and passenger's side, allowing airflow direction to be modified through rotating and tilting actions.
