Lincoln Navigator 2025: Luxus auf Rädern mit Massagesitzen und Rejuvenate-Funktion
The Lincoln Navigator introduces massage seating for the second row
The revamped large-scale SUV sets its sights on the Cadillac Escalade in the United States
Size matters, and Lincoln is no exception: The previous Navigator model measured up to 5.66 meters in length, 2.07 meters in width, and 1.93 meters in height. While such dimensions might raise concerns at parking structures in some countries, it's not an issue in the United States. Hence, Ford's luxury division has recently rolled out an updated version of its massive SUV.
The current Lincoln Navigator has been available since 2017. In response to the newly updated Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln is introducing an entirely new version. The 2025 Navigator retains the same 3.5-liter Ecoboost V6 engine, producing 455 horsepower, as its predecessor, but it has been completely revamped both inside and out.

A massive new 48-inch infotainment screen takes center stage on the dashboard, while first and second row occupants can indulge in seats that offer both heating and cooling massage features.
Similar to the Escalade, the latest Navigator impressively combines sizable wheels, comfort, and advanced tech. It comes standard with 22-inch wheels, but there's an option to upgrade to a colossal 24-inch set. Just like the truck's body, these wheels are adorned with intricate designs.
The Lincoln stands out from the recently revamped Cadillac in the way it utilizes its array of luxury features. It boasts a 'Rejuvenate' feature that merges fragrance, mood lighting, massage, climate control, and more into an immersive theatrical experience designed to relax the driver. When activated, a performance commences, offering various modes to suit your mood. Fortunately, this function is restricted to when the vehicle is in park, and each cycle of the system ranges from 5 to 10 minutes.

This feature is exclusively accessible to front-row occupants, however, those seated in the back haven't been overlooked. As noted earlier, the second row can be optionally fitted with seats that offer both heating and cooling massage functions. Even the third row, which is frequently subpar in luxury trucks, comes with seats that have heating capabilities. And for those curious about the USB port count in this beast, there's a total of 14.
The amenities extend beyond the confines of the Navigator as well. An optional "Cargo Tailgate Manager" is available, which features multiple compartments for storing items, a bench seat, and even a table. In essence, this vehicle is designed for enjoyment while stationary.
Driving the Lincoln should be a breeze, especially on the highway. It comes standard with Ford's BlueCruise, a system designed for highway travel. Much like General Motors' Super Cruise, it allows the car to operate hands-free on the highway, staying within its lane and carefully managing acceleration and braking. While it does require supervision, it significantly reduces the strain of long-distance travel.
For those seeking even more, the Black Label series offers two models: Enlighten and Atmospheric. Leave behind the 24-way adjustable driver's seat, as the Black Label trim boasts a "Perfect Position" seat with 30-way adjustability. The cabin also features upgrades with authentic wood, premium leather, and what the brand describes as a crystal-inspired volume control.
The "Enlighten" model boasts a brighter aesthetic compared to the Black Label with its light beige seating complemented by grey trimming and birch wood highlights. On the other hand, the "Atrophic" variant offers a more dramatic ambiance with its grey leather seats, contrasting black flooring, and touches of copper. Both options come standard with the remarkable second-row captain's chairs and a 28-speaker audio system.
The cost of the Navigator 2025 has not been disclosed yet, however, considering the starting price of the present Lincoln model is slightly over $85,000, it's expected that the latest version will approach or exceed $100,000. The newest Navigator is set to hit the market in the upcoming spring season.
