Max Verstappen increased his advantage in the Formula 1 drivers' standings after a collision with Lando Norris during their fight for victory at the Austrian Grand Prix. Although Verstappen was able to keep racing, Norris eventually had to withdraw from the competition.
Charles Leclerc did not earn any points due to sustaining damage during the first lap of the race.
Following the Austrian Grand Prix, Red Bull leads Ferrari by 64 points in the Formula 1 constructors' championship. McLaren holds the third position, and Mercedes has gained ground with their first win since 2022.
Haas had a significant day, securing a large number of points that moved them past Alpine to take seventh place overall.
