The Doctor achieves another milestone in four-wheel racing
Valentino Rossi, the iconic MotoGP racer, secured a podium finish at the 6 Hours of Fuji event.
Rossi has achieved another milestone in the World Endurance Championship, securing his first podium finish in the series.
Rossi, along with his teammates Maxime Martin and Ahmad Al Harthy, secured the third position in the LMGT3 category with their #46 BMW M4. They were outpaced by competitors driving Ferrari and Porsche vehicles.
Rossi took the wheel for his team during the last leg of the race, executing two passes at a single turn. In just two laps, he advanced five positions.
Their initial position on the grid was the 12th spot.

"We feel great, especially after not finishing the race in Austin two weeks ago."

Vincent Vosse, the head of Team WRT, mentioned that although their car wasn't the quickest, they managed to perform some strategic maneuvers effectively.
"The drivers and the team delivered an outstanding performance, and being on the podium now is beyond what we hoped for at the start of the weekend."
