Audi has declared BP as their latest "strategic ally" as they intensify their preparations for their debut in F1 in 2026.

BP, a major player in the oil and energy industry, has committed to providing Audi with entirely sustainable fuels by the year 2026.

Eco-friendly fuel plays a significant role in the Formula 1 regulations set to be introduced in 2026, aligning with the updated engine guidelines.

BP, through its Castrol brand, will provide Audi with lubricants and greases, maintaining a partnership with Alpine that began in 2017.

Audi is set to acquire the current Sauber team, currently last in the 2024 F1 constructors' standings.
