"James excels in delivering impactful statements," Wolff remarked. "During an all-staff meeting, he presented a large slide that asked, 'Are we idiots?' The following slide had the options 'yes' and 'no'. This was a pivotal moment for the team, helping us to significantly grasp the issues with our development of the new generation of cars."
