This is the starting order for the sprint race at the F1 Austrian Grand Prix
Below is the lineup for Saturday's sprint race at the F1 Austrian Grand Prix.
Max Verstappen from Red Bull secured the top spot and will lead the start after earning pole position in the sprint qualifying session held on Friday.
Lando Norris from McLaren, who has been a strong competitor lately, will begin the race in second place. His fellow team member, Oscar Piastri, will start in third.
George Russell and Lewis Hamilton from Mercedes hold the fourth and sixth positions, respectively, with Ferrari's Carlos Sainz situated between them.
Charles Leclerc's sprint qualifying was disrupted when he encountered a problem and had to halt in the pit lane, preventing him from recording a time in SQ3 and resulting in a starting position of 10th.
The Aston Martin cars have secured the 12th and 13th positions, which are relatively low, and Daniel Ricciardo will begin the race from the 16th spot.
