Jorge Martin Eyes Another German MotoGP Double, Ready to Challenge Marquez at Sachsenring

Jorge Martin is eager to take on the challenge of defeating Marc Marquez at Sachsenring, aiming for another MotoGP victory at the track.

Jorge Martin clinched victory in both races during last season's German MotoGP, triumphing over Francesco Bagnaia in a direct competition in the grand prix.

However, this year Martin will probably have to defeat Bagnaia and Marc Marquez, who excels at the Sachsenring.

Following five crashes over the German MotoGP weekend last year, Marquez decided not to compete in the Sunday race.

Currently riding a Ducati, many view Marquez as the top contender once more, prompting Martin to express his eagerness to challenge the eight-time world champion's dominance.

Martin expressed his anticipation for the challenge, recalling that he had reviewed his opponent's onboard videos from previous seasons.

"In fact, I believe he aided my victory last season, but he won't be doing the same this season."

Martin confidently claimed that he is undoubtedly a superior rider compared to his performance at the same time last year.

The Pramac Ducati racer remains at the top of the championship standings, but his lead has diminished in the last few races.

Discussing both his personal performance and the overall competition in MotoGP, Martin commented, "I believe I have improved compared to last season. I also think the overall standard this year is higher than the previous one, and during the race in Assen, I felt we were performing exceptionally well."
