If the Conservatives are victorious in the upcoming general election, individuals found guilty of fly-tipping will receive demerit points on their driver's licenses.
Rishi Sunak is set to declare on Friday, during his party's electoral campaign, a commitment to intensify efforts against anti-social behavior.
Additional initiatives will introduce a "three strikes and you're out" policy for disruptive social housing residents, along with the expansion of the "hot spot" policing strategy throughout England and Wales to enhance patrols in the most troubled regions.
The prime minister stated that the "decisive measures" would "effectively curb anti-social conduct."
Labour's shadow home secretary, Yvette Cooper, criticized the policies as "just more hollow rhetoric from a disorderly Conservative Party," which she accused of allowing anti-social behavior to proliferate unchecked during their tenure.

Dumping waste unlawfully is against the law and can result in a £1,000 penalty. However, the Conservatives have stated that their "zero tolerance" policy could lead to perpetrators having their licenses revoked or even facing jail time, as points could be added to their record.

Ms. Cooper asserted that over the past year, there were upwards of one million instances of illegal dumping, criticizing the Tories for consistently neglecting to enforce their own proposed policies and commitments.
She questioned: "How does Rishi Sunak expect any measures against anti-social behavior to be implemented when the Tories have reduced the number of neighborhood police and PCSOs by 10,000 over the past eight years?"
Labour intends to reclaim our streets for the community, addressing the distress caused by disruption. The plan includes deploying an additional 13,000 neighbourhood police officers and PCSOs to patrol our areas, equipped with stringent new authorities to tackle those disrupting our high streets. Additionally, there is a focused effort to improve the dwindling crime resolution rates.
Helen Morgan, the Liberal Democrats' spokesperson for local government, charged the Conservatives with essentially permitting littering through their governance by implementing fines so minimal that individuals across the nation are escaping punishment.
She continued, "The Conservatives have had ample time to address the issue of fly-tipping and littering, yet they have consistently fallen short."
"The Liberal Democrats are advocating for decisive measures against fly-tipping by raising penalty fees and employing the revenue generated to combat this public nuisance."
