Jack Miller is rumored to potentially secure a spot at Honda for 2025.
Pedro Acosta's exceptional talent is putting his position at KTM at greater risk.
Last year, KTM moved Pol Espargaro down to accommodate Acosta at Tech3 GASGAS, and he has been the standout performer in this year's MotoGP season.
There's talk of a fresh agreement for 19-year-old Acosta that would see him promoted to the factory KTM team next season.
Brad Binder is secured with a lengthy contract, whereas the contract of the Australian Miller is approaching its end, sparking discussions about his future.
Miller might ink a fresh deal to switch roles with Acosta and become part of Tech3 GASGAS, although he has fans in other areas as well.
According to a report by Sky from the Le Mans paddock last weekend, Honda considers Miller a strong choice.
Honda has already secured contracts with Repsol's Luca Marini and LCR's Johann Zarco for the upcoming year. However, the 2025 MotoGP roster's continuity for Joan Mir and Takaaai-allcreator.com">ki Nakagami remains uncertain.
Miller's expertise and ability to develop are considered crucial for Honda's revival efforts.
Miller is reportedly torn between joining Tech3 GASGAS or Honda for the upcoming season.
Miller, naturally, dedicated his initial three seasons in MotoGP to racing with Honda.
In his debut season, he was part of LCR, then moved to Marc VDS Honda for 2016 and 2017, before making a transition to Ducati.
Last season, Miller found himself trailing his team member Binder during his initial year with KTM.
He has now also been overtaken by his new teammate Acosta as well.
Remaining a respected competitor, he is currently facing a choice between joining GASGAS or switching to Honda.
