Chow Tai Fook Enterprises has assigned three co-CEOs, each with a range of skillsets, to spearhead expansion. The CEO's office will be led by Christopher Cheng, Patrick Tsang, and Ho Gilbert Chi Hang.
On Friday, Chow Tai Fook Enterprises (CTFE), an investment firm owned by the Cheng family, announced the establishment of a CEO's office. This office will be led by three top executives, one of whom is among the youngest members of the Cheng family.
The recently created role will be led by Christopher Cheng Chi-leong, who is the co-CEO and in charge of North Asia; Patrick Tsang On-yip, the co-CEO responsible for the Americas, Australia and Europe; along with Ho Gilbert Chi Hang, the co-CEO overseeing corporate functions and operations, as per the statement released by CTFE.
Christopher Cheng is a son of the family patriarch and billionaire, Henry Cheng Kar-shun, and he is the younger sibling of Adrian Cheng Chi-kong. Adrian is the CEO and executive vice-chairman of New World Development, which is one of the companies in their group.
The establishment of the CEO office will empower CTFE to boost development and fortify operations, according to a company statement. The trio of high-level executives contribute a mix of industry and geographical expertise that is crucial for the forthcoming expansion phase of the family office.
