According to a Sky News survey, constituents in previously Labour-dominated areas that swung to the Conservatives in the recent election are uncertain about their choice for the next prime minister.
The two political figures are participating in the Sky News Battle for Number 10 program. Prior to this, we surveyed voters from 11 crucial constituencies, questioning them on their trust in politics, major concerns, and preferred leaders.
The findings indicate a profound lack of trust in both Rishi Sunak and Sir Keir Starmer.
The majority of voters expressed greater confidence in Sir Keir regarding economic issues and healthcare.
Regarding immigration, close to half of the respondents (46%) expressed a lack of confidence in both parties to tackle the problem.
The survey took place from June 3 to June 7, polling 1,028 adults from both Yorkshire and the Humber and the East Midlands regions.

As the 2019 election approached, Mr. Johnson visited a fish market in Grimsby, promoting his "Get Brexit Done" campaign.

Martyn Boyers, the CEO of Grimsby Fish Market, recalls leading the potential prime minister on a guided visit.
"It was one of our most hectic days when Boris visited. He enjoyed the lively chatter and humor. We all had a fantastic time."

"Election season is filled with numerous pledges, yet it's uncertain if they ever materialize. This uncertainty complicates things. Both of us are at a loss about who to cast our ballot for," they mentioned.
