Over the weekend at the Nurburgring, the Schumacher pair dominated and secured first place on the podium.
"What an amazing day," Ralf commented.
David expressed that the weekend was both emotionally charged and triumphant.
"Driving with my father was a dream realized, and I have to commend him. Thank you, Dad, for making this happen."
"A weekend that will be remembered forever!"
Ralf remarked, "A day to remember. It was amazing to share the podium with both of us up there."
The pair, consisting of a father and his son, were attending the race as special guests.
They recorded the quickest times in all the practice sessions and secured the top spot in the qualifying rounds.
Ralf and David were driving a Ligier LMP3 prototype.
On Sunday, David initially lost his lead position but managed to regain it after a few laps.
David mentioned that the way they begin races here differs somewhat from the ADAC GT Masters, where he typically competes.
"Nevertheless, I managed to reclaim the lead a few laps afterward. From that point, my attention shifted to extending the gap as much as I could for my father."
Ralf secured the victory by taking the second home, afterwards stating: "David was the one who did most of the work today."
He later commented: "In my opinion, Formula 4 teams such as our US Racing are highly skilled and knowledgeable. Our preparation was outstanding. Ensuring the car performs well in any situation is crucial, and we succeeded in doing that."
"The series, the vehicle, and the entire idea are excellent."
Former Formula 1 driver and sibling of the iconic Michael Schumacher, Ralf, has recently announced that he is gay.
His son, David, competes as a racing driver, and his nephew, Mick Schumacher, who is also Michael's son, continues to aspire to a comeback in Formula 1.
