The data is clear and straightforward. As of September 2022, the US and Eurozone experienced inflation rates of 8.2% and 9.9% respectively. However, two years later, the cost of consumer goods in both these economies has fallen below 3%, a mere smidge above the desired 2% inflation rate.
The rate of inflation in developing nations has seen a significant decrease. When adjusted for the economic size of each emerging market, the typical inflation rate has dropped from 7.6 per cent to 3.8 per cent, based on figures provided by JPMorgan.
