Authorities have reported that a vehicle collided with the entrance of Rishi Sunak's official countryside home.
The event occurred just after noon on Tuesday, when a white Volkswagen Scirocco crashed into the barriers at the entrance of Chequers, the stately home in Buckinghamshire that serves as a residence for sitting prime ministers.
Rishi Sunak was not present at the location when the incident occurred.

Thames Valley Police reported that a 44-year-old local man was the sole occupant of the vehicle when he was arrested on charges of criminal damage and driving under the influence.
A representative stated that he had sustained severe injuries and was transported to a hospital, where he continues to receive care.
