There's no need for the government to thoughtlessly support development projects. Rather, it should link businesses in need of work with communities that require assistance.

Possessing more bravery (or perhaps ignorance) than apprehension, I departed from a lucrative career 16 years ago to establish my own design firm. From that point forward, work has been more than just a regular nine-to-five job.

Starting off as a solitary fighter to eventually growing into a strong force of 10, the journey was never free from challenges. The business has consistently functioned under survival conditions. Those aspiring for an MBA should weigh the option of initiating a small to medium scale business – they will quickly grasp the concept of survival of the fittest.

A small business owner typically juggles multiple roles, often serving as the CEO, CFO, CMO, human resources manager, and IT specialist simultaneously. They are usually the one responsible for producing the company's products or services, repairing a malfunctioning printer, or even dealing with plumbing issues if the toilet gets blocked.
