David Coulthard has compared Lando Norris' performance at the F1 Singapore Grand Prix to that of the all-time great drivers.

Coulthard was vividly reminded of Aryton Senna, Michael Schumacher, and Lewis Hamilton at his peak during the past weekend.

McLaren's Norris is currently the standout driver in Formula 1, having reduced the gap to just 52 points behind Max Verstappen, who leads the driver rankings.

He described Norris' thrilling moment, stating, "A kiss delivered without even peeling off a piece demonstrates his flawless technique."

What genuinely caught me off guard was at the conclusion of the lap when he experienced a lock-up, ultimately leading to contact with the barrier.

Norris secured the top starting spot and then turned it into a dominant win at the Singapore Grand Prix.

He notably broke his unfortunate streak of losing the lead shortly after the start, despite starting from pole position, a problem that had troubled him for five consecutive races.

Singapore marked the third Formula 1 grand prix victory of the year for Norris. His inaugural win came earlier in the season in Miami.
