Emotional reaction from Daniel Ricciardo following the confirmation of his F1 exit
Daniel Ricciardo has shared his initial thoughts on being let go from his F1 team.
RB has announced that Liam Lawson will take over from Ricciardo effective immediately.
Ricciardo, who began his Formula 1 career 14 years ago, currently has no contract for the 2025 season, signaling a sudden halt to his racing journey.

“I've been passionate about this sport for as long as I can remember," Ricciardo responded.
"It's been an amazing and unpredictable adventure."
"Gratitude to all the teams and individuals who have contributed."
"To the fans who are sometimes even more passionate about the sport than I am, haha, thank you."
"It has its ups and downs, but overall, it's been enjoyable and honestly, I wouldn't alter it."
"Until our next journey."
Daniel Ricciardo has raced for several teams including HRT, Toro Rosso, Red Bull, Renault, McLaren, and RB.
He was originally ousted from his Formula 1 position two years back when McLaren decided to bring in Oscar Piastri as his replacement.
However, AlphaTauri's mid-season return last year was remarkable, securing a full-time race seat this year and fending off Lawson in the process.
The confirmation has come for the news Daniel Ricciardo dreaded during last weekend's Singapore Grand Prix.
He leaves Formula 1 having competed in 257 races, secured three pole positions, and achieved eight victories.
Lawson will initially race for Red Bull, partnering with Yuki Tsunoda, at the United States Grand Prix.
