A collective of hackers known as Anonymous64 has been described as "a digital militia formed by the proponents of Taiwanese independence," as per a report released on the official WeChat account of the Ministry of State Security on Monday morning.
The "forces" mentioned by Beijing's leading intelligence body are identified as the Information, Communications and Electronic Force Command (ICEFCOM), which operates under the Ministry of National Defence in Taipei.
