Video: Experience the 'visor cam' perspective with Alex Rins during Yamaha's exclusive Misano MotoGP trial
In an exclusive Misano MotoGP trial, Monster Yamaha and Repsol Honda contestants, along with competitors on stock bikes, hit the circuit – Valentino Rossi was also present.
The Monster Yamaha MotoGP squad concluded the initial one of their four scheduled trips to Misano for this month, wrapping up a private two-day trial at the Italian circuit recently.
At the testing session, Fabio Quartararo and Alex Rins were accompanied by ex-MotoGP championship contender Andrea Dovizioso, who stepped in for the sidelined official test rider, Cal Crutchlow, due to injury.
Additionally, thanks to special allowances, Repsol Honda team members Joan Mir and Luca Marini were participating, alongside other MotoGP competitors from the Ducati (Michele Pirro) and KTM (Dani Pedrosa) test squads.
According to GPone.com, the VR46 Academy MotoGP racers, Francesco Bagnaia, Marco Bezzecchi, and Franco Morbidelli, participated using standard motorcycles, while newcomer Pedro Acosta was seen riding a Moto2 bike.
Valentino Rossi participated too, at his hometown circuit, riding an R1.
Following the conclusion of Yamaha's evaluation, Rins shared a video on Instagram that features clips of him riding, captured from the perspective of inside his helmet visor.

Following the upcoming Aragon MotoGP, Quartararo and Rins are set to head back to Misano for the San Marino event, scheduled for September 6-8.
Subsequently, an official post-race examination is scheduled for Monday, September 9, which will precede the circuit's second MotoGP event, substituting for the Kazakhstan race, from September 20-22.
Quartararo, who is on the same team as Rins, shared: "Spent a lot of time figuring out and enhancing the motorcycle. If anyone has extra grip available, please reach out!"…This led Takaaki Nakagami from LCR Honda to reply: "Let's share the grip!"
