Stellantis CEO Tavares Emulates Chinese Strategy to Sidestep EV Tariff ‘Trap
Stellantis' CEO, owner of Fiat and Jeep, adapts Chinese strategies to dodge electric vehicle tariff 'snare'
Stellantis' CEO, Carlos Tavares, a prominent backer of EV manufacturer Leapmotor, stated that the optimal approach for competition is to 'attempt to emulate the Chinese'.

Tavares suggested that the most effective strategy for competition is to "attempt to emulate the Chinese" during a Reuters Events conference held in Munich in May.
