Ducati has provided an update on Pecco Bagnaia's status
Francesco Bagnaia emerged uninjured and has been cleared to compete following a concerning accident during the Aragon MotoGP event.
The current MotoGP titleholder was involved in a crash with Gresini's Alex Marquez, leading to both riders being unable to finish Sunday's race.
Bagnaia found himself trapped beneath Marquez's motorcycle as they skidded across the gravel.

Ducati shared a photo of their champion on Twitter, announcing: "Following a medical examination, Bagnaia has returned to the garage.
"He has suffered bruises but no broken bones and has been deemed HEALTHY."
Bagnaia took to his personal social media to express anticipation for the upcoming weekend in Misano.

Despite the alarming incident, Bagnaia and Marquez quickly exchanged gestures while seated in the gravel, indicating they were unharmed.
Fortunately, both cyclists were able to stand up swiftly and began walking.
Not long after the Aragon MotoGP ended, Bagnaia and Marquez had already switched from their racing suits and were seen strolling through the paddock without any injuries.
Bagnaia was lucky to get away, especially considering he was momentarily trapped under Marquez's Ducati.
Bagnaia concludes a forgettable weekend in Aragon, trailing the championship frontrunner Jorge Martin by 23 points.
Following his crash at Aragon, there was concern that Bagnaia might have to sit out the upcoming races, potentially losing more ground to Martin in the championship battle.
Ducati has announced that Bagnaia will compete in the upcoming weekend at Misano, a track where he has historically performed well.
