Miguel Oliveira Likely to Leave Aprilia, Eyes Pramac Yamaha for 2025 MotoGP Season
"High chance" Miguel Oliveira won't ride for Aprilia next year | Pramac Yamaha 'appealing'
Miguel Oliveira suggests he probably won't remain with Aprilia for the 2025 MotoGP season.
It appears that Miguel Oliveira is on track to be the third MotoGP rider from Aprilia to depart after this season.
The KTM race victor is now in his sophomore year riding an RS-GP for the newly renamed Trackhouse team.
However, even though Raul Fernandez has extended his contract until 2026, Oliveira is widely expected to lead the new Pramac Yamaha initiative.

"Oliveira expressed hope that their front-row qualifying and finishes between 2nd and 6th place in Germany could lead to more consistent performance in the future."
"We're focusing on minimizing changes to the bike itself and concentrating more on the electronic adjustments. We hope this strategy will be effective here as well. Let's wait and see."
Oliveira is set to receive an aerodynamic enhancement: "We are hoping that the modifications to the fairing will provide additional benefits."
However, he remains unable to utilize the unique integrated rear brake and clutch lever employed by Maverick Vinales, which aids in braking while navigating right-hand turns.
"That's not an option!" Oliveira exclaimed. "However, we are exploring other possibilities…"
