Marquez's triumph can largely be attributed to his superior performance at the left-hand Turn 3, which has been rechristened Stoner Corner to celebrate the Australian two-time MotoGP champion.
"Potentially," Michael Laverty of TNT Sports suggested. "Frankie Carchedi hinted at an observation – noticing Marc's approach to Turn 3 in the initial laps, they sensed he had reserved a strategy for the later laps.
"Matching Casey's approach? His skill is unique, a rarity among many."
"He managed to steer with the rear wheel, navigate the turn, and prepare for the braking area."
This gave him the chance to make a decisive move at the peak of Turn 4, securing the lead over Martin with a game-changing pass.
"Approaching the third turn requires dedication and shifting into fifth gear."
Neil Hodgson noted, "We were perplexed because it was apparent that Marc was facing a setback when it came to acceleration.
"He emerged from the turn more efficiently, giving me the impression he was utilizing more tire grip, yet he couldn't position himself to overtake in any of the acceleration zones.
"What's fascinating is that he was preserving the tire."
In the final moments, it was a rapid succession of shots – Martin was completely overpowered.
Marquez fought his way up from 13th position, following a disastrous start, to surpass Martin and secure his most remarkable victory on a Ducati.
Trailing the championship frontrunner Martin by 79 points with three events remaining, he is considered a key contender in the title race, which also features reigning champion Pecco Bagnaia.
"Laverty mentioned that Marc is going to disrupt things all the way to the finish."
"We're heading to venues where his performance history is strong."
"It's possible that the competition might come to a head in Valencia, primarily between the pair of GP24 racers."
"Marc continues to possess the enduring spirit, the intuitive skill, and the strategic prowess."
"These top three cyclists promise an exciting 2025 championship as well."
