Jack Miller’s Uncertain Future: No Contract Offers, Eyes on WorldSBK as MotoGP Prospects Dim
Jack Miller has no offers, chances of staying in MotoGP "not promising"
Jack Miller: "Right now, it's all just speculation. To be honest, I don't have a single contract."
Jack Miller seems to be nearing an exit from MotoGP, as he has revealed that he has yet to get any kind of contract proposal.
Miller, who is set to lose his factory KTM rider to Pedro Acosta, has been suggested as a potential candidate for World Superbike as an alternative option.
When questioned about what lies ahead for him, Miller responded, "It's all just speculation, as truthfully, right now I have nothing concrete."
"There's not a single contract in place. It's possible they might be going home early. We'll have to wait and find out."
For the first time, the Australian rider expressed strong support for a possible move to the Superbike championship.
"Absolutely. The competition there is amazing," the KTM rider responded when asked if he was interested in WorldSBK.
"I believe the championship is quite exciting. I enjoy having three races. Ultimately, I have a passion for racing, and having three races is pretty awesome."
"Don't rule anything out. I truly believe I still have more to contribute in this situation. However, we'll have to wait and see what happens. I'm staying optimistic until every possibility is exhausted."
"To be frank, the situation isn't promising. We'll give our all to improve in the latter part of the season. Although we've had a pleasant summer break, it has also been challenging."
"There are many factors to consider, including the conclusion of certain events."
"Every positive experience eventually concludes, but when it ends unexpectedly and not according to your plans—something quite common in racing—it becomes particularly difficult, especially considering all that I've contributed to the sport and what I still have to offer."
"As I mentioned before, it's not finished until it's truly finished. All I can do is aim for positive outcomes and hope that I receive a call eventually."
Should Miller exit MotoGP, the world championship would be missing a significant personality.
However, he is also a rider with priceless experience, having ridden a Honda, Ducati, and naturally, the RC16.
When questioned about whether people quickly forget his accomplishments, Miller responded, "I prefer not to say much about that."
"I understand my achievements, my background, and my career journey, but if a team or individuals fail to recognize the worth in that, then so be it."
"I can only give my utmost effort. I can't change others' minds or go beyond that."
