Formula 1 regulations prohibit major modifications to vehicles between the qualifying session and the race, and Red Bull has asserted that they have not violated any rules.
After conversations with the FIA, Red Bull consented to implement adjustments. However, McLaren's CEO, Zak Brown, remains displeased and has expressed his dissatisfaction with the situation.
Ferrari's team principal, Vasseur, has shared his perspective on the ongoing discussion surrounding this weekend's F1 United States Grand Prix.
Vasseur mentioned to Sky Italia that if Red Bull actually made changes to the car while it was in parc ferme, it would not just be cheating, but a significant violation.
"I'm not familiar with the specifics, but the FIA will handle it."
While McLaren has expressed their displeasure regarding the recent technical dispute, Ferrari has pointed out that McLaren was previously involved in a similar controversy.
Following discussions with the FIA, McLaren altered their rear wing design after Oscar Piastri narrowly defeated Charles Leclerc in Azerbaijan.
Vasseur expressed that, in his view, the McLaren wing used in Baku did not comply with the regulations.

It was called 'mini DRS' because it could turn and create an opening in the slot.
McLaren didn't violate any FIA regulations but consulted with the FIA to prevent future problems, particularly concerning their rear wings for the upcoming event in Texas.
It's evident that the head of Ferrari still remembers not securing a grand prix victory through Leclerc.
McLaren is currently at the top of the constructors' championship standings, with Red Bull in second place and Ferrari following in third
