They express their condemnation of practices such as forced labor, coerced recruitment, and other forms of abuse carried out by M23 with backing from Rwanda's military, along with similar actions by the Congolese Armed Forces (FARDC).

Lawmakers believe these elections should occur in the coming months, overseen by an independent and impartial electoral commission and closely monitored by international observers. The parliament expresses deep regret that the ruling party, Georgian Dream, has abandoned its path toward European integration and NATO membership. It reaffirms its steadfast support for the legitimate European aspirations of the Georgian people.
