Bagnaia visited the medical facility for an examination.
Half an hour after their mishap, Bagnaia and Marquez were seen strolling through the paddock, no longer in their racing suits, and appeared to be unharmed.
Stewards are conducting an investigation into the incident.
Defending MotoGP champion Bagnaia began Sunday three points behind the current championship frontrunner, Jorge Martin.
