Casey Stoner has taken a step back to revisit his origins.
The legendary MotoGP rider has hopped onto a dirt track motorcycle, an activity he hasn't engaged in for twenty years.
He shared on social media that it was his first time riding a dirt track bike in two decades, as he brushed away the cobwebs.
He returned to the scene, riding a Beta RX 300 2t off-road motorcycle in Australia.

Before chasing his MotoGP aspirations in Europe, Stoner was a standout in short track racing in Australia.
Before turning 14, he claimed 41 titles in short track racing. Only six years afterward, he made his entry into MotoGP.
Casey Stoner clinched the championship titles in 2007 and 2011, riding for Ducati and Honda, respectively, before making an early retirement at the age of 27
In 2007, Ducati secured their last championship victory before enduring a 15-year drought, during which time Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo were unable to bring back the team's former success.
Stoner, who is currently 38 years old, frequently speaks out against the technology used in MotoGP motorcycles today.
