Here are the outcomes from the sprint race at the Misano circuit for the 14th round of the 20-round 2024 MotoGP world championship.

Francesco Bagnaia clinched victory over his championship contender Jorge Martin in the 2024 Emilia Romagna MotoGP Sprint event held at the Misano track.
With six laps remaining, Bagnaia overtook Martin after the Pramac rider veered off course.
Heading into the Sprint with a seven-point lead over Bagnaia, Martin now holds a narrow four-point lead as they approach Sunday's Grand Prix.
Enea Bastianini, Bagnaia's teammate at the factory Ducati squad, secured a spot on the podium, while Marc Marquez managed to hold back Pedro Acosta to clinch fourth place.
Beginning from the first position with a fresh track record, Bagnaia found himself overtaken by Martin right from the get-go, mirroring the situation from two weeks prior, and this time, Brad Binder also managed to surpass him.
Bagnaia and Bastianini quickly overtook the KTM competitor, as Binder was relegated to fifth position by the conclusion of the first lap, following Marc Marquez's climb from seventh place at the start.
By the halfway point of the 13-lap race, Bagnaia had caught up to Martin, closely tailing him. Eventually, the intense pursuit overwhelmed the Pramac racer. Distracted by a warning about exceeding the track limits, he veered a bit too wide and relinquished the lead with six laps remaining.
The current two-time world champion, aiming for Ducati's 100th Grand Prix win this Sunday, successfully held off Martin until the race ended.
Bastianini unleashed a final surge to end up 1.034 seconds behind Martin, while Marquez couldn't match the speed of the top three and fell back.
Every participant, barring Alex Marquez, opted for the identical medium front-soft rear tire setup previously observed in the 'Misano 1' Sprint.
The preference for the medium rear tire is anticipated to continue for the entire grand prix on Sunday.
The Emilia Romagna Grand Prix serves as the second sequential round at Misano, introduced to the schedule as a replacement for the called-off races in India and Kazakhstan.
Joan Mir from Repsol Honda was unable to participate in the San Marino Grand Prix as he was suffering from severe gastroenteritis, leading to his withdrawal from the race on Sunday alongside his teammate due to illness.
This weekend saw the return of the Honda team members, however, Alex Rins of Monster Yamaha had to pull out of the event on Saturday morning because he was unwell.
Updated regulations for tyre pressure in 2024 require competitors to maintain a minimum of 1.8 bar in the front tyres, a decrease from the previous 1.88 bar, for at least 60% of a Grand Prix race distance, an increase from the former requirement of 50%, or for 30% of a Sprint event.
If a participant does not achieve the required minimum in a Grand Prix, they will incur a time penalty of 16 seconds after the race concludes, or a penalty of 8 seconds for a Sprint or shorter race.
