Ducati has brought together their racers from MotoGP, World Superbikes, and British Superbikes at the Misano track this weekend.
The highlight of the three-day festival is the Race of Champions scheduled for Saturday afternoon.
During the qualifying session on Friday, WSBK racer Iannone turned back the clock to secure the top starting spot.
Marc Marquez's assistance with a tow helped improve his lap time.
Iannone posted a faster time than reigning MotoGP champion Pecco Bagnaia, who finished in second place.
Formerly a rider for Ducati in MotoGP, Iannone faced a significant setback in his career due to a four-year suspension. This year, as he returns to racing, he has demonstrated flashes of his undeniable skill in the World Superbike Championship (WSBK).
At his debut World Ducati Week, Marquez secured the fifth position in qualifying, while Jorge Martin ended up in 10th place.
WSBK champion Alvaro Bautista managed to secure the second-to-last position in the qualifying session.
On Thursday, Ducati unveiled their latest Panigale V4 model, which made its debut on the Misano circuit.
