Over the past week, President Xi Jinping has delivered a series of directives focused on economic matters, coinciding with heightened global attention on Beijing's stimulus efforts designed to bolster the Chinese economy.

Xi's recent communication was delivered this Sunday in Tianjin, a northeastern city, at an event marking the 40th anniversary of China's economic development zones.

While visiting Fujian, Xi called upon a mindset of "being bold enough to lead and eager to succeed." Later, during his stop in Hefei, Anhui province, he referenced a well-known phrase: "How often in life does one get the chance to seize the moment to battle?"

The national economy is facing challenges, prompting the central government to urge local officials to take more decisive actions.
