This coming October, Hong Kong is set to host the Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) and electronicAsia once more. The events will feature smart mobility and digital entertainment, as well as smart products targeted at the aging population. Additionally, the Digital Entertainment Experience zone will be introduced for the first time.
The series of events, coordinated by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), will provide insight into the fast-paced changes technology is bringing about in our daily lives. The focus will be on solutions designed to make cities more intelligent and sustainable.
The Autumn Edition of the Electronics Fair and electronicAsia will showcase approximately 3,200 participants from 19 different geographical areas and nations. The events, happening at two different locations, are both scheduled to occur at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from October 13th to 16th.
"Advancements in technology are transforming our lifestyle, work environment and leisure activities," stated Jenny Koo, the deputy executive director at the HKTDC. "These exhibitions function as crucial stages for participants to advertise their tech innovations and for purchasers to find products and solutions. They highlight Hong Kong's role as a top global center for innovation and technology."
At the press conference, details were disclosed about the Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition), electronicAsia, the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition), and the Hong Kong International Outdoor and Tech Light Expo. This announcement was made by Jenny Koo, the assistant executive director for the HKTDC, who was in the center; Steve Chuang, the chair of the HKTDC Electronics/Electrical Appliances Industries Advisory Committee, who was on the left; and Benny Lo, the vice chair of the Hong Kong Electronics & Technologies Association, who was on the right.
