Mr. Streeting, who underwent treatment for kidney cancer in 2021, expressed that the NHS "saved my life" and that everyone should feel "a debt of gratitude" towards the health service.
"He mentioned that now is the opportunity to return the favor," he stated.
"Currently, the NHS faces the most severe crisis it has ever encountered. However, despite its struggles, the NHS remains resilient."
