This was done by sharing segments of a speech delivered by Chinese President Xi Jinping, originally given six years prior.
During his address at the 2018 National Education Conference, Xi Jinping criticized certain groups for attempting to "Westernize" Chinese young people and orchestrating a "color revolution." He emphasized the importance of incorporating ideological education into school curriculums.
