In a video on the team's YouTube channel, Andrew Shovlin, the head of trackside engineering, discussed the challenges Hamilton encountered in Brazil. He explained, "Typically, you can adjust the setup for both cars," adding, "We allow the drivers to make changes to the setup."
"They aren't required to operate identically; instead, we allow them to develop their own configurations. If one configuration proves successful, we frequently adopt parts of it, or sometimes the entire setup, and apply it to the other vehicle."
At this point, it's reasonable to state that Lewis was mainly having trouble with insufficient grip at the rear. Examining the way he configured his car, it's unclear what was causing this issue.
"In the Sprint race, when your car starts to lose grip and you experience sudden oversteer when exiting a turn, it leads to an increase in temperature, which in turn makes the issue last longer."
"In preparation for any race, we dedicate significant effort to analyzing the data thoroughly. Lewis' team of engineers will collaborate with him to address this matter, aiming to resolve it before the event in Vegas."
Shovlin thinks that the different weather conditions in Brazil played a role in Hamilton's difficulties.
He mentioned that the conditions over the weekend were quite distinct.
"The sprint qualifying and sprint race took place in dry, hot conditions, while the main qualifying session and the Grand Prix were held in the wet. We lacked the continuous session experience needed to refine the setup and fully optimize the car's performance."
"Although it wasn't the cause of the problem, it definitely complicated his efforts to achieve the race setup he desired."

The announcement addressed the controversy regarding the use of offensive language, where Max Verstappen was assigned community service and Charles Leclerc was fined for swearing during FIA press conferences. Meanwhile, the GDPA urged president Mohammed Ben Sulayem to reflect on his choice of words and manner of speaking.
The announcement stated: "In all sports, athletes are required to respect the referee's ruling, regardless of their personal feelings or agreement with the decision. This is the fundamental nature of sports. Our members, the Drivers, are no exception and completely acknowledge this fact.
"Our team comprises skilled drivers who compete in Formula 1, the highest level of global motorsport. They are like modern-day warriors, delivering an exciting spectacle for the audience each race weekend."
When it comes to using profanity, there's a distinction between using it to offend people and using it in a more laid-back way, like when you're talking about unpleasant weather, an object like a Formula 1 car, or a driving scenario.
"We encourage the FIA President to reflect on how he communicates with our member drivers and about them, whether in public or private discussions. Additionally, our members are grown individuals who do not require directives through the media on minor issues like wearing jewelry and undergarments."
The Grand Prix Drivers' Association (GPDA) has frequently voiced its opinion that imposing financial penalties on drivers is not suitable for the sport. Over the last three years, they have urged the FIA President to disclose how these monetary fines are distributed and the manner in which the funds are utilized.
"We have communicated our worries regarding the detrimental reputation that financial penalties impose on the sport. We are reiterating our call for the FIA President to ensure financial transparency and engage in straightforward and open discussions with us. It is essential for all parties involved, including the FIA, F1, the teams, and the GPDA, to collaboratively decide on the allocation and use of these funds to enhance the welfare of our sport."

Starting from 17th position, the Dutch driver secured his first victory since the Spanish Grand Prix in June.
Norris, who was competing for the F1 title, began the race from pole position but was overtaken at Turn 1.
After the red flag, Norris was positioned in fourth place, but a couple of errors caused him to fall to sixth, marking the end of another weekend filled with mistakes.
Despite McLaren possessing a quicker vehicle than Red Bull since the Imola race, Verstappen has actually increased his advantage over Norris in the rankings.
During the most recent episode of the Formula for Success podcast, Jordan discussed the reasons why Norris is presently not at Verstappen's level.
"Lando hasn't reached that point yet," stated Jordan. "He hasn't managed to excel at the start. He hasn't succeeded in securing the pole position as they approach the corner."

The drivers' championship seems almost unattainable, but Norris needs to perform exceptionally well in the last three races as McLaren aims to claim their first constructors' title since 1998.
McLaren holds a 36-point lead over Ferrari going into the Las Vegas Grand Prix scheduled for later this month.
Ferrari is anticipated to perform best at the Las Vegas track due to its extended straightaways and areas demanding strong traction.
