Nigel Farage has decided not to run in the UK election, opting instead to focus on supporting the US election campaign. However, he will continue to assist the Reform UK campaign.

Nigel Farage has announced that he does not plan to re-enter British politics following the announcement of an upcoming general election.
The honorary president of Reform UK and ex-UKIP leader mentioned that he had given considerable thought to the idea of running for a parliamentary seat in the general election scheduled for July 4, which was declared on Wednesday. However, he concluded that "now is not the appropriate moment."
Mr. Farage emphasized that while the upcoming general election holds importance, the U.S. election in November carries substantial global impact. Therefore, he has decided to contribute to the grassroots efforts in America, asserting that a "strong America is essential for our peace and security."
He has been assisting Donald Trump's campaign efforts since 2016.

Reform UK's leader, Richard Tice, shared with Sky News his excitement about Nigel Farage's involvement in their upcoming election campaign. Tice expressed his delight, stating that Farage, a co-founder of Reform, will play an active and significant role throughout the campaign.
Shortly thereafter, Mr. Farage shared a post on social media announcing his departure from his GB News program to dedicate time to campaigning for Reform UK.

Former President Donald Trump had suggested that Nigel Farage be appointed as the British ambassador to the United States, a proposal that was turned down by the British government.
At the initiation of Reform UK's election campaign on Thursday, Mr. Tice confidently declared that the party will "win seats" and "surprise everyone."
He mentioned that the party currently has "around 500" candidates, and an additional "few hundred" are in the midst of the selection process. He committed to fielding 630 Reform UK candidates throughout England, Wales, and Scotland.
