According to a report by Motorsport, Marquez would be required to sever ties with his long-standing personal sponsor, Red Bull, if he were to make a move to the factory Ducati team in 2025.
This is due to Ducati being backed by Monster, which stands as a major competitor to Red Bull in the energy beverage industry.
The partnership between Ducati and Monster is set to continue through the end of 2025.
The primary challenge facing Marquez and the official Ducati team's potential partnership reportedly revolves around the Red Bull and Monster controversy. However, there are additional sponsorship conflicts complicating the collaboration.
Marquez's connection with Samsung is comparable to the relationship between Ducati's main sponsor, Lenovo.
Allianz, collaborating with Marquez, serves as a rival to Unipol, which partners with Ducati.
Marquez has a sponsorship deal with Oakley sunglasses, while Ducati's sponsorship comes from Carrera sunglasses.
Brewery Estrella Galicia collaborates with Marquez, while the winery and distillery Contadi Castaldi partners with Ducati.

Marquez forwent the most lucrative deal for a rider in MotoGP's history with Honda, opting to leave the underperforming company for a new beginning with Gresini Ducati this year.
If Ducati approaches him to join their factory team as a rider for the 2025 MotoGP season, he'll have to make another financial choice.
