The 39-year-old racer, who has clinched the world championship seven times, holds the title of the most accomplished Formula 1 driver ever. In addition to equaling Michael Schumacher's achievement of seven world championships, Hamilton has secured victory in 105 grand prix races and achieved 104 pole positions, surpassing all other drivers.
Although Hamilton has garnered significant success in his distinguished career with McLaren and Mercedes, he has candidly discussed the mental health challenges he has faced. Next season, he is set to race for Ferrari.
Hamilton explained to The Times that he believed the stress from competing in races and facing difficulties at school, including being bullied, left him without anyone to confide in.

When questioned about whether he has consulted a therapist, Hamilton responded: "I did talk to a therapist, a woman, several years back, but it didn't really benefit me. I am interested in finding someone now."
Hamilton disclosed that he began waking up at 5 a.m. to meditate before going for a run during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
The British individual expressed that it was "an excellent method for connecting with my inner self, recognizing my emotions, and comprehending my capabilities."
Hamilton, who entered Formula 1 at the age of 21 in 2007, feels that he has grown more mature since the beginning of his grand prix journey.
He mentioned that you are becoming aware of the behaviors and traditions inherited from your parents, recognizing these patterns, your responses, and ways you can alter them.
"What used to make me angry in the past no longer affects me that way. I have become much more composed."
