The 2025 Lynk & Co 01 SUV has undergone a design overhaul and a technical enhancement with the addition of a new hybrid system. Lynk & Co has unveiled an upgraded iteration of its 01 Plug-in Hybrid model, promising advancements in both aesthetics and technology. The company claims to have incorporated customer feedback into refining the vehicle's features.

Lynk & Co, a subsidiary of the Geely group, was among the pioneering Chinese car manufacturers to enter the German market. Their vehicle, the 01, often seen in its signature black with blue highlights, has been primarily distributed through subscription-based models. For a period, the brand saw significant success, partly due to its triumphs in the World Touring Car Cup. However, the registration figures for the car have been declining recently. In response, the company is planning a substantial upgrade to the vehicle to rejuvenate its appeal.

The external appearance of the latest 01 model has been enhanced with strategic design improvements. This SUV now boasts a glossy black radiator grille, updated wheels, and contemporary LED taillights. Its expanded range of colors, including the fresh additions of Crystal White, Sparkling Black, and Mineral Green Metallic, gives the vehicle an appealing and rejuvenated look.

Inside the vehicle, Lynk & Co incorporates cutting-edge infotainment technology. The system has been enhanced for quicker response times and now features a high-definition driver's display along with a 15.4-inch HD touchscreen. A robust Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 processor ensures improved performance and a seamless user experience. Additionally, steering wheel controls have been added, allowing drivers to maintain their focus on the road.

The latest model of the 01 features an innovative plug-in hybrid powertrain that enhances both its performance and eco-friendliness. This SUV boasts a total output of 206 kW (276 hp) and 535 Nm of torque, resulting in faster acceleration and smoother maneuverability on the roads. Fuel consumption has been notably decreased. Lynk & Co emphasizes that these advancements position the 01 as a precursor to an all-electric future, offering a quietly efficient electric-only mode that can cover up to 75 kilometers, ideal for daily commutes.
