China’s AI Sector Poised for $1.4 Trillion Investment Surge, CICC Chairman Predicts at International Forum
The AI sector in China may receive a whopping $1.4 trillion in funding within the next six years, according to an executive. Chen Liang, the chairman of CICC, shared at the International China Investment Forum that there is still considerable potential for expansion in China's AI industry.
On Sunday, at the International China Investment Forum, Chen shared his thoughts. The event was put together by the Xiamen city government in the northeastern region of Fujian province, with CICC as a co-sponsor. Chen emphasized that there is still considerable potential for expansion and investment in China's AI industry.
The CICC projects that the value of China's AI market will reach 5.6 trillion yuan by 2030.
