Yazaki Europe, North Africa and Yazaki North America and Central America, president and CEO, Bo Andersson, has stepped down from the helm of each corporations.
Andersson will proceed to serve the corporate in an advisory position to clean the transition to new administration.
The Yazaki Europe and North Africa division is now led by Hans Lemmens as president and CEO.
Lemmens began at Yazaki in 1993, held numerous positions in gross sales, costing & pricing, programme administration, buying and plant administration and was appointed as Gross sales EVP in 2018 for Yazaki in Europe.
The brand new COO for Europe and North Africa will likely be Andreas Di Vece, who began his profession at Yazaki Europe in January, 2019 and held positions as VP Manufacturing & Logistics, Enterprise Unit head for German OEMs and Turkey Nation head.
For Yazaki’s North and Central America division, Ryosuke Yazaki turned president and CEO on 1 April, 2021.
